What We Do |
Paralegals, simply put, are “people helping people”. We are not lawyers or attorneys. We are a friendly, family owned and operated "non-lawyer alternative" to your legal needs. At That Paralegal Place, we prepare the same legal documents as lawyers/attorneys, only at a fraction of the cost. The difference is we cannot, and will not, offer legal advice, therefore, you pay us only for the preparation of legal documents without incurring any attorney fees. Based upon your individual circumstances or needs, we can provide you with a variety of options to choose from which allows you to remain in full control at all times.
We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality of service at a reasonable rate and offer a warm and relaxed atmosphere where you will feel welcomed. To ensure we stay up-to-date with the ever-changing requirements in our areas of expertise, we attend several seminars per year, have a network of resources and continue our studies the old fashioned way by researching articles, books, Rules, Statutes and other related laws and regulations.

Trust Administration |
Administering a trust estate can be challenging, timely and burdensome. If a trust estate is not properly administered, tensions can arise creating unnecessary conflict between siblings, loved ones or other beneficiaries.
We understand the delicate nature and circumstances of losing a loved one. We know that these are often difficult and confusing times, as well as emotional times. Our professional staff can assist you in administering a trust estate and provide you with the smoothest transition possible.
Let us take the burden off your shoulders and lighten the load so you can spend your time better focussed on the things that matter to you most, your loved ones. We will prepare all your documents in a timely manner and provide all the necessary filings that may be required.
Notary Services |
Our Notary services for documents that we have prepared are free to our clients as well as witnesses provided, if applicable. We do not provide witnesses for third-party documents and there is a $2 fee per signature page. If witnesses are required, you will have to make arrangements to bring them with you when you come. As a reminder, please ensure all signing individuals bring valid identification to the office or we cannot provide our Notary service.
Probates |
Probate is the legal term for resolving and administering the estate of a person who has passed away. A probate interprets the person's instructions, resolves any claims against the estate, and distributes the person's property according to their last will and testament. Probate of an estate is common if an individual’s assets were not properly titled and exceed the State probate limits. Arizona provides two forms of probate. The first is an informal probate process and the second is through a formal probate process.
That Paralegal Place can prepare all documentation necessary to complete the probate process while saving our clients thousands, if not tens of thousands, of dollars depending upon the size and complexity of the estate.
